The Vermont Mountaineers organization is deeply committed to community support, and we endorse the role that donations of goods and services plays in that commitment. Furthermore, as a non-profit organization, we are required to make donations to like organizations.
If you would like to request a donation from us, participate in our ticket program (see form below), or host a 50/50 raffle (see form below) during our season, please read the “Eligibility” statement below. If you are eligible, please follow the directions under the heading “Process.” If you are not eligible, but would like to talk to us further about your request, please email donations@thevermontmountaineers.com explaining your situation. If you are interested in hosting a 50/50 raffle, please note in the Description of Donation Requested section, your interest in hosting a 50/50 raffle.
Eligibility: Any Vermont-based organization chartered or in support of education, physical and mental health, and the environments that enhance well-being and growth. While the Mountaineers recognize that many such efforts are supported by groups with a variety of good intentions, we elect to support those that are non-for-profit, non-partisan, and non-denominational, and which focus on children. The Mountaineers will consider one request for goods or services and one request for a 50/50 game per organization per year. You may participate in the ticket program and request good/services or a 50/50 game. Organizations must reapply for consideration every year. Please note that schools are not eligible for 50/50 raffles.
Process: Contact the Vermont Mountaineers at least 14 days in advance of the date of your event by submitting the form below. The Mountaineers reserve the right to approve or reject any request, as well as the right to set the value of the donation.
